How long will it take to receive my order?
In stock orders will take 3-5 business days for shipping. All pre-order products will take 1-2 weeks for production. You will receive updated tracking info once your order is shipped!
Can I return my order?
Due to my products being handmade, I do not allow returns, but I will always strive to make sure my customers are fully satisfied. If you are unhappy with your order or encounter any issues, please email me at bloomingmamadesigns@gmail.com and I'll do everything that I can for you! Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of making any purchase.
My order arrived damaged what do I do?
If your item arrived damaged, please email bloomingmamadesigns@gmail.com with the Subject titled "Damaged Order" with a picture of the damage, and I will be more than happy to reship a new product to you.
How do I wash my glass cup?
Please handwash your glass cup. All glass cups are handmade with love. Do not microwave. Do not use in the dishwasher. Do not leave soaking. Please avoid extreme heat.
Do you offer custom orders?
